Simply breathe in and out as the circle grows and shrinks.
Internal Exposure: Train your mind to not be afraid of certain internal bodily sensations that you may associate with an imminent panic attack.
Based on interoceptive exposure therapy.
External Exposure: Train your mind to not fear certain external situations or activities that you may avoid out of fear of having a panic attack there.
Based on systematic desensitization therapy.

"The simple circle for guided breathing is good and being able to get to that part of the app quickly is important. No one wants a complicated or long setup process when they are on the verge of an anxiety or panic attack. Other apps add extra features that are fine for yoga or w/e but utterly ridiculous when you really need it. Anyway good app, it's one of the 1st apps I put on all my devices. Ahh, also I like being able to pre set your own color choice. Strongly recommended."
